Your Role - What will be your responsibilities as Head of Technical Customer Service Narrow Web EMEA?


  • You and your team ensure excellent customer technical support and provide technical solution in close cooperation with our sales organization and the development department, including product consultancy, new product implementation, as well as customized solutions.

  • You lead the application technology team with 4 direct reports as well as technical colleagues at different sites in a matrix organization.

  • You take over the technical key account management for group and major customers.

  • You ensure efficient project and resource management considering business priorities.

  • You manage printing trials and tests and drive laboratory projects by ensuring a strong interface to the development organization, sharing recommendations and providing information about customer specific applications / requirements.

  • You continuously analyze market requirements and function as technical contact person to our market partners.


Your Profile - What do You bring as Head of Technical Customer Service Narrow Web EMEA?


  • Based on your technical degree or a comparable qualification, you have gained several years of relevant professional and leadership experience in the field of label printing/ narrow web for packaging.
  • You have profound on-press and ink formulation knowledge with focus on UV/LED technology.
  • You describe yourself as a team-oriented leader with good communication skills, as well as an independent and structured way of working.
  • You have very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • You are willing to undertake frequent business trips within Europe.
