Your Tasks -  What You can expect as Manager Finance (f/m/d):

 

  • As responsible Manager Finance (f/m/d) for one of our Italian entities, you will:
    • Lead the Statutory Financial statements preparation, ensure that it complies with all relevant local regulations and manage and oversee local external relationships with independent auditors, government authorities, tax authorities etc.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly and annual financial results to HQ in accordance with Group policies.
    • Develop and maintain sound accounting and financial policies, procedures and processes that improve financial as well as internal controls. 
    • Ensure other departments’ compliance with appropriate financial and administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure the regularity of the company tax and corporate compliance.
    • Manage employees in a way that enables them to perform, develop their professional abilities, and realize their full potential.
    • Assist in the ERP migration (from AS400 to SAP).

 

Your Profile - What do You bring as Manager Finance (f/m/d):

 

  • Based on a completed commercial vocational degree, you have gained relevant professional experience in the field of accounting/finance.
  • You have a good knowledge of the applicable accounting regulations and sound knowledge of tax and corporate compliance.
  • You are very organized, precise and have strong analytical and proactive skills.
  • You characterize by an independent and goal-oriented way of working and you bring experience in project management.
  • You are confident in using the current MS Office applications and SAP FI/CO.
  • Previous experience with a (leading) audit company is a plus (not mandatory).
  • You are able to communicate clearly and correctly in Italian and English.
