Technology Development Manager,3C

Location: Shanghai, China

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Lead to carry on the 3C coating developing, modification project and complete the project report, sign-off recipe.
  2. Lead to evaluate the new developed, modified coating/ink and Benchmarking coating/ink and complete the test report independently.
  3. Lead the scale-up production for the new development, modified coating/ink and complete the relative report. 
  4. Communicate with the RMs suppliers to obtain the new RMs information and apply into the ink development.
  5. Provide the technical support to the sales and customer, visit customer when needed.
  6. Provide the technical support to the production.
  7. Work closely with TSD to launch the New RMs and New technology.
  8. Assist the superior to accomplish the other work.
  9. Manage team members and work closely with team member.

 

Requirements:

  1. College degree or above.
  2. Be familiar with the 3C coating development work and process (if familiar with both coating and printing ink would be a plus). 
  3. Understand the coating or printing machinery and process.
  4. Min. 3 years above Team/people management experiences.
  5. Good Team player, hardworking and reliable.
  6. Analytical ability.
  7. Excellent communication skills (both English & Chinese).
  8. Willing to work under pressure, and self-motivated.
