Role Overview
Your Tasks – What You can Expect as Manager- Print Support (f/m/d):

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Printing & Packaging.

  • 8-10 years of experience in providing technical support for inks, working on gravure presses.

  • Strong knowledge of  ink, substrtes,  gravure printing process, lamination process & different applications etc.

  • Excellent problem solving & analytical skills with ability to trouble shoot & resolve technical issues.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional environment.

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with customer centric approach.

 

Your Profile – What do You bring as Manager - Print Support (f/m/d):

  • To provide on press technical support in all aspects to existing customers  

  • To demonstrate an understanding of both technical & commercial aspects of product by doing successful end to end product validation of inks on gravure printing.

  • To demonstrate cost benefit saving to customer by doing long run costing trial of inks, driving saving projects-Ink GSM reduction, reduce machine down time for ink related issues, solvent savings etc.

  • To analyze customer requirement and provide technical solutions by working closely with both internal & external stake holders, to address quality releated issues, develop & validate products as per customer requirements.

  • To offer onsite & remote assistance to address customer concerns & by troubleshooting issues.

  • To ensure regular communication with customers to identify potential issues, resolve problems efficiently & optimize satisfaction.

  • To build & maintain strong relationship with customer by providing them required support in product development, online trouble shooting & solving quality concerns on gravure press.
