What You can expect as Assistant HR & Administrative Executive.
HR Operations
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation follow-up, and exit process
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, and leave administration
- Support recruitment activities: interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and
- documentation
- Assist with HR policies, employee communication, and engagement
- Support training coordination and HR initiatives as assigned Administration
- Handle office administration, facilities coordination, and vendor management
- Manage office supplies, contracts, and general administrative documentation
- Coordinate company activities, meetings, and internal events
- Support compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (manufacturing environment is a plus)
- Good understanding of basic labor law and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English (spoken and written) preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Well-organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
