Your Tasks – What you can expect as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed Iberia:

  • Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth in the Iberian region, with a clear focus on expanding our market position in Sheetfed and Narrow Web applications.
  • Lead, support, and develop a regional team of sales and technical experts across multiple locations.
  • Manage key customer accounts, including contract negotiations, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency.
  • Define, implement, and monitor the annual sales budget in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends in the UV and conventional Sheetfed packaging market to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and collaborate across our European network to align local activities with global sales strategies.

 Your Profile -  What do you bring as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia:

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, ideally with at least 10 years in a management role within the printing industry (Sheetfed expertise is a strong plus).
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, paired with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset and solid financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in an international environment with a direct and transparent communication style across all business levels.
  • A proactive “hunter” mentality with a strong focus on implementation and performance delivery.
  • Independent and structured way of working, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with common CRM/Sales-Tools as well as SAP.
