Location: Bhiwadi (Delhi/ NCR)

 

The Commercial Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving commercial excellence initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing sales effectiveness, optimizing pricing strategies, and improving customer relationship management (CRM) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial excellence, CRM tools, and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

 

Context & Core Responsibilities:

  1. Establish Key Account Management framework to effectively manage and nurture relationships with key clients. Establish comprehensive account plans to ensure alignment with client objectives, driving mutual growth and success. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth through elements of Value Selling and Customer Relationship Management.
  3. Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address commercial challenges and opportunities.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  7.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial processes and practices.

 

 

Qualifications/Competences

  • Related university degree - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of sales experience is required, including at least 10 years in key account management and 7 years in commercial excellence.
  • Profound expertise in CRM methodology & tools (SalesForce and/or Microsoft Dynamics) and their implementation, Sales Excellence, Customer Engagement and Change/ Stakeholder Management
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intercultural skills strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in external stakeholder management
  • Excellent English skills, local language
  • Willingness to travel internationally
