About the Role - Your Tasks – What You can Expect as Executive- Quality : 

·       Testing of Finish Goods and in process sample in Liquid Ink QC Function

·       Testing of in process ink sample in Liquid ink, testing of finish goods sample & in process samples of liquid ink, which include testing of shades, dispersion, tack, viscosity, flow, curing, print other parameters as per product requirement

·       Ensuring consistent quality product is delivered to customer on time.

·       Identifying root causes of process deviation and deciding suitable preventing action to prevent reoccurrence.

·       Verify and maintain quality control records & Maintaining record of testing results

·       Making entry in SAP, maintaining batch sample, master sample, testing equipment

·       Coordination with stores / Engg. / AT /RM  for the shift activities

Your Profile – What do You bring as Executive- Quality (f/m/d):

·       5s implementation/Safety audit/process audits/complaint analysis

·       Improvement Projects / Other Project activities i.e cost saving  in Quality/ other areas.

·       Team Player

·       Should know standard quality test methods and calibration methods of laboratory equipment
