Job Summary

 

The IT Intern will support our in-house IT department in providing onboarding support, technical assistance, maintaining material data, and configuring the digital platform . The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with the implementation of new feature & functions, and provide training and support to team members.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

•    Assist with the rollout of MyInkRoom in CUSA specific to Flexible Packaging customers.
•    Onboard customers & customer facilities on MyInkroom
•    Set up customer facility settings for order & delivery notes
•    Set up order settings based on SLA
•    Upload Material data
•    Create Users
•    Provide first support – order & delivery
•    Provide technical assistance to staff and customers on software-related issues
•    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues7transaction errors
•    Research and recommend solutions for technical problems

 

Education and Experience

 

•    Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

 

•    Knowledge of computer systems and software
•    Knowledge of network and system security
•    Familiarity with hardware and software installation
•    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•    Strong communication and customer service skills
•    Able to work independently and as part of a team
•    Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
•    All forms of PC-based software in a mainly Windows environment.
