Job Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate closely with senior HR business partners to develop and execute HR strategies that align with and advance organizational objectives
  • Support the creation and implementation of training programs designed to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Actively engage in the recruitment process by sourcing top talent through diverse channels
  • Enhance performance management processes by offering expert guidance on best practices and tools
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
  • Assist in managing FMLA requests by collaborating with leave administrator, ensuring compliance to all relevant regulations
  • Contribute to project management efforts related to HR initiatives
  • Engage in strategic planning sessions to align HR functions with business objectives
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives within the HR team

  • Proficient in leveraging data analysis skills to enhance reporting accuracy and support informed decision-making
  • Familiar with FMLA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Well-versed in employment law and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with 3+ years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate - Advanced skilled in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point, previous experience with HRIS.
  • Minimum 2 years working with Paychex Flex HRIS software PHR Certification (preferred, but not required) Experience with SuccessFactors/SAP HRIS system (preferred).
