Job Summary:

This is a genuine, full service Recruiting role – managing all aspects of the recruitment process from Sourcing to Hire, and everything in between. You will be working closely with the local HR team and senior business stakeholders, to help them find and engage with the best Talent on offer. And as a member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will have access to all the information, tools and processes you need to succeed.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support key Hiring Manager and HR stakeholders in the US and Canada by identifying candidates to fill open roles.
  • Reach out to candidates to assess suitability for a particular role, and effectively communicate the Siegwerk Employer Value Proposition (EVP) from the first conversation.
  • Screen candidates using a range of different platforms (telephone, TEAMS, face-to-face where appropriate).
  • Build long-lists and short-lists of candidates as appropriate, in order to hand over/provide local HR representatives with a qualified list of prospective candidates.
  • Provide market intelligence as required, to establish or reinforce the business case for hiring, or your approach to candidate sourcing.
  • Work on ad-hoc campaigns to help source and engage talent, including employee referrals, advertising & promotions, PR, video job descriptions, employee testimonials and other related social media activity.
  • Act as the employer branding ambassador for Siegwerk; promoting and reinforcing the Siegwerk EVP at every candidate interaction and touch point.
  • Help build talent pipelines for future roles through talent community stewardship and engagement.
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, to impact key sourcing metrics. 


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years Recruitment experience (mix of agency and in-house preferred)
  • Experience in strategic and proactive sourcing/ Talent pipelining.
  • Experience working in a mid-to-large size matrix organization.
  • Exposure to the North American manufacturing/ Industrial, Food Production, Chemicals or Coatings markets
  • Experience hiring a variety of roles, including junior and mid-senior level positions
  • Experience working with an ATS (SAP SuccessFactors would be a bonus!)
