Your Profile – What do You bring as Export Operations Specialist?
- Bachelor’s Degree in the Economics, Business Administration or Foreign Trade
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Has strong communication, research, planning, prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
- Outstanding analytical and decision making skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Your Tasks – What You can expect as Export Operations Specialist?
- Assist in following the technical regulations for GTIPs in the import portfolio.
- Support the tracking and controlling of import transactions, ensuring import costs are reported and forwarded to the Finance Unit.
- Help monitor the loading of direct and indirect purchase orders related to foreign purchases.
- Aid in coordinating the file tracking and reporting processes of the customs agency.
- Contribute to ensuring the delivery of services received aligns with the agreed-upon KPIs.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at minimizing costs during import processes.
- Assist in sharing the necessary documents as work orders, providing references to the customs agency as needed.
