Your Tasks – What You can expect as Export Operations Specialist?
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs brokers, transporters, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and accurate shipments.
- Organize and coordinate international transport with nominated forwarders
- Monitor customs clearance and proactively resolve potential delays or issues.
- Monitor freight forwarder ‘s and customs broker’s performance
- Prepare, export documentation , and L/C documentation (E-Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, AT.R, EUR.I, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Policy, IMO Form etc.).
- Follow up on export licenses, trade incentives, and customs procedures in line with applicable regulations.
- Entering export operation related invoices and cost in the system.
- Archiving all documents digitally in the system
- Delivering original document files to the Accounting
- Collaborate with Order Management, Planning, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers, agents, and logistics partners.
Your Profile – What do You bring as Export Operations Specialist?
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in export operations, international trade, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms ,customs documentation, foreign trade compliance, international logistics
- Experience managing sea, air, land, and multimodal export shipments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems.
- Advanced English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms ,customs documentation, foreign trade compliance, international logistics
