Your main role Purpose as Sales Representative in Centroamérica:

  • Execute sales strategy, business plan and objectives within defined country/area in coordination with dedicated customer OFC team partners to achieve defined sales targets in consideration of regional/ BU sales strategy
  • Responsible of  sales strategy as well as plan and realize sales forecast and business plan within the area of responsibility in consideration of overall regional sales strategy in agreement with the superior
  • Define sales and gross margin targets within the area of responsibility with dedicated OFC teams to improve market share as well as introduce best practice to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Cooperation and agreement with marketing and SCM for the yearly planning process for products, volumes and prices in agreement with superior, sales team and BU technology
  • Manage accounts by negotiate and maintain contracts within authority in consideration of defined guidelines and margins to maximize revenues and achieve sales targets
  • Management of customer claims  to provide optimized sales, technical solutions and maximize customer satisfaction
  •  Working with the OFC teams, to improve and develope customized solutions and proposals to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure growth and profitability in the defined country/area in accordance with Regional/BU strategy by redisign market analysis and research improvements
  • Analyze competitors and customers to develop and implement  agreement with marketing measures to improve sales performance
  • Where appropriate, lead and motivate sales force and customer AMS teams to improve personal and BU performance and continuously develop professional expertise
  • Incarche of central america Countries (Guatemala & El Salvador) primary

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

 

  • University degree or long-term commercial practices
  • 5 years sales / commercial experience in chemical industry or in packaging industry
  • Office tools/  ERP key user/
  • User of CRM´s 
  • Strong Communications skills
  • Analytic thinking
  • Self-driven
  • Results oriented
