We are looking for an
Application Technology
Location : Guiguinto, Bulacan
Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. Providing technical solutions to customer.
Support Sales, Technical Development and SCM in delivering customer solution.
Conduct/organize trial to ensure that ink "works“ as per customer expectations.
Address customer complaints and ink troubleshooting at press.
Provide detailed technical reports for services rendered towards customer.
Build a strong customer relationship.
Conduct seminars and trainings on ink application
2. Blending recipe, color matching meet customer expectations and SW standards.
Perform a variety of routine tasks under close supervision, which provide experience and familiarization with methods, practices and programs.
Provide accurate color matching formulation.
Provide color matching folder, master sample and formulation update into SAP system.
Optimizing existing ink formulations to improves product performance as well as related costs.
3. Inter-departmental coordination and assisting other technical staffs
Understand properly project brief from Technical Sales Manager.
Provide the correct information to Sales team about the product and its application.
Maintain good coordination with Sales, QC, and Production team.
4. QC process optimization
Provide consistent Quality control standards for all blended products undergoing local production.
Assist QC team in investigation of customer complaint on quality and manufacturing non-conformances.
Support QC team in improving QC inspection system and retain sample management.
5. Cost Savings and SLOB reduction program
Avoid/Minimize product return from customer due to quality rejection by solving problem or assisting work-off program.
Support cost saving program by monitoring product performance in the press.
6. Following HSE, 5S & Quality policy
Ensure safety awareness and comply with company policies in all aspect of work at all time
Maintaining cleanliness at workplace by conducting daily house keeping
