Your Tasks – What You can expect as HR Executive?

  • Support and coordinate end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation
  • Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Coordinate training sessions, inductions, and HR activities
  • Handle employee queries and support employee relations matters
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant data for management review

 

Your Profile – What do You bring as HR Executive?

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate / MNC environment
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
