Your Tasks – What You can expect as Analytics Laboratory Executive?
- Reports to Department Manager Lab Service & Analytics
- Develop, script and supervise standard operation procedures and run calibration as well as small maintenance work as the corresponding devices.
- Will be responsible for the initial setup and commissioning process of the LC and GC MS devices
- Will be responsible for carrying out all relevant tests in the analytical laboratory and making related reporting.
- Reports directly to the Department Manager, Lab Service & Analytics
Completes extensive technical training abroad - Oversees the installation, initial setup, and commissioning of LC-MS and GC-MS systems and collaborates with equipment suppliers and global engineers.
- Performs device calibration, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting for LC-MS, GC-MS, and existing GS QSAN instruments.
- Carries out all analytical tests required for customer complaints, R&D projects and method development
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting of laboratory results to internal stakeholders such as R&D, Quality, Production, and global teams.
- Supports method development, method validation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the analytical workflows.
- Establishes and maintains laboratory infrastructure, documentation, and operational standards to ensure compliance with global quality expectations.
- Ensures laboratory safety protocols, chemical management, and quality procedures are fully applied and continuously monitored.
- Acts as the technical focal point for advanced analytical equipment, leveraging prior experience with LC-MS and GC-MS
- Works collaboratively with internal and external teams to support innovation, problem-solving, and the development of analytical capabilities across the region.
Your Profile – What do You bring as Analytics Laboratory Executive?
- University degree in Chemistry
- Master’s degree in related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Analytics specifically at using LC MS & GC MS is essential
- Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hard worker,
- Creative and innovative; Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Ability to come up to speed quickly on new techniques/processes to work
- Team spirit, autonomy and good communication skills
- Very good level in both written and verbal English
- Able to use MS office programs
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- No obstacle for travel domestically and internationally
