Your Tasks – What You can expect as Continuous Improvement Engineer?

  • Assist in analyzing production and maintenance processes to identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Kaizen, and 5S principles
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment failures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor
  • Prepare technical reports, data analyses, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making
  • Track maintenance performance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, and OEE
  • Support the implementation of new tools, equipment, and digital systems within maintenance processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during all engineering activities

 

Your Profile – What do You bring as Continuous Improvement Engineer?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM) and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)
  • Strong analytical skills with a willingness to work with data, KPIs, and digital tools
  • Hands-on mindset with motivation to learn production and maintenance operations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with technicians and engineers
  • Problemsolving attitude with a proactive and improvementoriented approach
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
  • English proficiency and MS Office (Excel/Power BI) knowledge are considered an advantage
