Your Tasks – What You can expect as Customer Service Specialist?

  • Handle inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handle consignment stock orders and
  • charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc.
  • Monitor contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus
  • Handle credit notes, bonus, statistics, market- and customer analysis
  • Deal with customers for order processing issues
  • Ensure claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers
  • Ensure continuous customer data management / active participation in maintaining customer contacts
  • Provide support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations
  • Deal with promptly and efficiently customer correspondence, also in foreign languages incl. reporting
  • Ensure sales measures (e. g. price increase) are aligned
  • Provide price calculations / preparations – coordination of prices within customer group; prepare and send quotations
  • Manage the returnable containers
  • Prepare sales presentations under direction of sales managers/technology managers

 

Your Profile – What do You bring as Customer Service Specialist?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in after-sales operations, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in export sales operations
  • Knowledge of sales processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
  • SAP knowledge is a must
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
