Your Tasks – What You can expect as Development and Process Integration Engineer?

  • Raw material screening & testing
  • Development of new intermediate and new products on existing & on new production technology
  • Lab grinding test for raw material screening and testing & for product development
  • Manage industrialization / scale-up process of new products together with production industrialization team
  • Conduct initiation of production trials with monitoring of first & second production batch.
  • Determination of quality relevant parameters of industrial scale
  • Support quality control to ensure that quality control specifications meet requirements on the one hand and that they are realistic regarding production abilities on the other hand

 

Your Profile – What do You bring as Development and Process Integration Engineer?

  • University degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles
  • Experience/knowledge in plant equipment & manufacturing process flows & laboratory work
  • Experience in manufacturing of coatings, ink or paint industry is preferred
  • Willing to work in both laboratory & production area
  • Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hard worker
  • Ability to come up to speed quickly on new techniques/processes to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Good level in both written and verbal English
