Your Profile – What do You bring as Financial Controller?

  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field from a reputable university
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in a multinational manufacturing environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency and hands on experience in Microsoft Office Tools especially in Excel, Visual Basic and Power BI
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Proficiency in Accounting and Controlling
  • A high potential with proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking and strong perceptive skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Results focused and, ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hard-working
  • Able to work in a complex and fast paced environment

Your Tasks – What You can expect as Financial Controller?

  • Being responsible for month-end closing processes and performing the necessary analyzes for the efficient completion of the month-end closing processes.
  • Monitoring and review of accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Resolving accounting discrepancies
  • Carrying out of site investments as well as reporting deviations and supervising fixed assets of the facility
  • Providing technical support to AP/AR team when necessary and performing the necessary analyzes for the efficient completion of the month-end closing processes.
  • Preparing reports, analyzes and data-related studies requested by Finance Director
  • Making customers’ risk assessments and determining, updating their credit and risk limits
  • Providing necessary supportfor internal and independent audit process
  • Supports accounting staff in coordination of financial matters under the supervision of Finance Director
  • Engage in SAP Projects and Other Project implementations
  • Preparing reports, analyzes and data-related studies
