Your Profile – What do You bring as Foreign Trade Operations Assistant Specialist?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the Economics, Business Administration or Foreign Trade
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Has strong communication, research, planning, prioritization and organization skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
  • Outstanding analytical and decision making skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

 

Your Tasks – What You can expect as Foreign Trade Operations Assistant Specialist?

  • Assist in following the technical regulations for GTIPs in the import portfolio.
  • Support the tracking and controlling of import transactions, ensuring import costs are reported and forwarded to the Finance Unit.
  • Help monitor the loading of direct and indirect purchase orders related to foreign purchases.
  • Aid in coordinating the file tracking and reporting processes of the customs agency.
  • Contribute to ensuring the delivery of services received aligns with the agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at minimizing costs during import processes.
  • Assist in sharing the necessary documents as work orders, providing references to the customs agency as needed.
