Your Profile – What do You bring as Maintenance Technician?
- Graduated from Vocational School departments such as Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial systems.
- Proficient in using MS Office programs.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Responsible, open to development, and self-confident.
- Suitable for working in a shift system.
Your Tasks – What You can expect as Maintenance Technician?
- Perform or ensure the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic components of machines in the plant and auxiliary facilities.
- Set up automation systems for new product trials on production lines.
- Carry out monthly and annual periodic maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults in machines.
- Procure technical spare parts for machines.
- Introduce machines to operators.
- Conduct maintenance activities in accordance with 5S standards.
- Plan and carry out maintenance work for various systems in the facility (fire safety, heating, cooling, etc.).
- Coordinate with external sources providing maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are properly documented.
- Support the IT Department in setting up hardware such as phones, computers, etc.
