Your Profile – What do You bring as Planning Specialist?

  • University degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Min. 3 years of  planning experience
  • Good communicator, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hard worker
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • A results-driven approach to work
  • Good level in both written and verbal English
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
  • No military obligation for male candidates

 

 

Your Tasks – What You can expect as Planning Specialist?

 

  • Coordinate the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule
  • Ensure the production orders are scheduled to meet customer orders
  • Carry out and update production information in the PPS systems including master data maintenance
  • Analyze plant capacity, put the demand plan into daily/ weekly production plans
  • Prepare production reports, and monitor, analyze and report performance to schedule of production
  • Review and report production schedules
  • Identify and eliminate slow and non-movers intermediates and finished goods
  • Resolve problems with inventory, production schedule, and material shortages
  • Assist in inventory planning and physical audits
