Your Tasks – What You can expect as Procurement Executive?

  • Tracks material PRs and issues POs in the system, places POs at Suppliers, provides PO Confirmation , issues the confirmation in the system, arranges shipment if needed and follows up delivery to the plant.
  • Nominates forwarders against PO shipments, manages road, ocean and air transportation of import operations.
  • SAP System Update on Daily basis.
  • Controlling the set of shipping documents and original set arrival and ensures that import team has full set of PO documents on time.
  • Strategical Supplier Relationship Management in operational aspect.
  • Managing PO distribution with optimum landed cost allocation by consolidation and all other possibilities

 

 

Your Profile – What do You bring as Procurement Executive?

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a similar field
  • Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking
  • Min. 7 years of work experience in total
  • Strong analytical problem solving ability and excellent negotiation skills
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results - orientation
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English
  • SAP knowledge is a must
