Your Profile –What You can expect as Sales Manager BU SF?

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, technology) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on sales activities
  • Conduct regular customer visits, follow up on payments, and resolve any issues
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Contribute to improving profitability and reducing costs through strategic initiatives
  • Participate in planning and presenting sales strategies to management
  • Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market insights

 

Your Tasks – What do You bring as Sales Manager BU SF?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry/sector, e.g., chemicals, packaging, manufacturing]
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, flexible, and a team player
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Willingness to travel as needed
