Your Profile – What do You bring as Senior Foreign Trade Operations Specialist?
- Bachelor’s Degree in the Economics, Business Administration or Foreign Trade
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Has strong communication, research, planning, prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
- Outstanding analytical and decision making skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Has experience with HRIS systems (ideally SAP Successfactor)
- No military obligation for male candidates
Your Tasks – What You can expect as Senior Foreign Trade Operations Specialist?
- Closely follows the technical regulations for GTIPs in the import portfolio.
- Tracking and controlling the import transactions in which import costs are reported and forwarding them to the Finance Unit.
- Annually follows the Department's goals, efforts to achieve his/her goals and developments, and submits regular reports.
- Following the loading of direct and indirect purchase orders subject to foreign purchases
- Monitors and coordinates the file tracking and reporting processes of the customs agency.
- Responsible for delivery of the service received in accordance with the agreed upon KPIs.
- Supports all kinds of initiatives that minimize costs during its processes.
- Shares the set of documents as a work order by giving a reference to the customs agency.
