Your Profile – What do You bring as Team Manager Technology?

  • University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering,
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in solvent based flexible packaging ink and printing technologies
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in team management
  • Experience in research and development
  • Experience in complex project management
  • Good knowledge of raw materials used in inks and coatings
  • Good knowledge at colorimetric
  • Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking,
  • Creative and innovative; Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Ability to come up to speed quickly on new techniques/processes to work independently in a fast-paced environment,
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Very good level in both written and verbal English,
  • Driving license and no obstacle for travel domestically and internationally.

 

Your Tasks – What You can expect as Team Manager Technology?

  • Works in close cooperation with technology teams EMEA, joins regular meetings together
  • Supports customers in his/her area of responsibility for all technical request in cooperation with dedicated sales manager
  • Ensures customer satisfaction for technical service with regular visits and on time solutions. Decides for the right product portfolio to offer.
  • Rework formulations according to customers’ needs, conduct testing of physical properties of inks and coatings using various instrumentation and methods. Provides related samples and join trials of the product at customer site
  • Manages customer complaints in a structured way,  make deep investigations, root cause analysis, and come up with fast and accurate results
  • Comes up and work on development projects for proactive solutions to offer market.
  • Takes ownership in internal projects to support productivity and reduction of complexity
