Your Tasks - What You can expect as Junior Legal Counsel (f/m/d)?

As our Junior Legal Counsel (f/m/d), you will primarily work in the areas of contract law / commercial law / insurance, reporting to our Senior Legal Counsel (f/m/d):

• You advise business departments as well as domestic and international subsidiaries on contractual and legal matters.
• You draft, review and negotiate national and international contracts.
• You conduct legal training sessions for employees (in person or via e-learning).
• You are responsible for managing the Group’s insurance portfolio, support insurance tenders conducted by the insurance broker, and handle insurance claims.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Junior Legal Counsel (f/m/d)?

• Based on your university degree as a fully qualified lawyer (f/m/d) or business lawyer (f/m/d), you ideally, though not necessarily, have initial professional experience in an internationally operating company or a law firm.
• You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on an international level.
• You have very good communication skills in English and German.
• You are proficient in using common MS Office applications.
