Your Tasks - What you can expect as Customer Service Technician Inks & Printing?

 

  • You perform technical assistance activities to support customers on-site and visit them for testing, new business opportunities and the implementation of various projects.
  • You identify technical product needs and monitor any related technical activities.
  • You give technical advice and support in decision making.
  • You develop technical solutions, also carrying out laboratory activities.
  • You prepare technical and test reports.
  • You do laboratory customer color matching.

 

Your Profile - What do you need to be successful as Customer Service Technician Inks & Printing?

 

  • You have a suitable qualification, e.g. a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent in a related field.
  • You convince with first experiences in the printing industry in a technical position.
  • You are able to speak and write in English at B1-B2 level.
  • You are proficient in MS Office tools, in particular Excel.
  • You are a dynamic, innovative and customer/results/team oriented person with a high level of flexibility and initiative.
  • You want to travel over 40% of your time within Spain and Portugal.
