Your Tasks – What You can expect as Project & Maintenance Manager?
- You oversee the planning, execution and completion of different projects while ensuring the ongoing maintenance of facilities, equipment and systems.
- You develop detailed project plans, coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams, monitor the project progress, ensure compliance and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- You establish and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment, machines and facilities and conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.
- You lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, support and performance evaluations.
- You prepare and manage project and maintenance budgets, ensure efficient use of resources and manage the procurement of new investments/machines, maintenance supplies and equipment.
- You identify opportunities for process improvements in project management and maintenance operations.
Your Profile – What do You bring as Project & Maintenance Manager?
- Based on your Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, you have minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the production industry.
- You have a track record of successful management of project & maintenance activities in a multinational company.
- You have strong knowledge of maintenance processes, tools and techniques as well as safety standards.
- You are familiar with regulatory compliance and experience in dealing with government agencies.
- You are able to balance strategic planning, hands-on problem-solving, and effective team management to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- You are a leader, who foster positive relationships with stakeholders and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
