Your Tasks – What You can expect as Technical Application Specialist (for printing inks)?
- You ensure efficient and effective frontline customer technical support and implement standard technology applications, services, and solutions to meet customer requirements.
- You conduct lab studies to develop technology solutions in cooperation with the Technology and Analytical Laboratory.
- You observe the local market and competitors from a technology perspective and you provide input for developing competitive applications and services.
- You manage projects to deliver defined technology solutions, applications, and services within agreed timelines, budgets, and standards.
- You support the resolution of technology‑related customer claims by providing optimized solutions which maximize customer satisfaction.
- You interact with external technical partners, market partners, and service providers within your area of responsibility and you cooperate with technology counterparts within the Group.
Your Profile – What do you bring as Technical Application Specialist (for printing inks)?
- You hold a university degree in Chemistry (Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree) or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Graphic Arts, Packaging, Paint, or Recycling sector.
- You are dynamic, innovative, customer‑ and results‑oriented, with the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and you enjoy to work in team.
- You have previous knowledge of liquid inks or polymeric materials. Experience in Circular Economy processes related to material recovery is a plus.
- You have a high proficiency in office tools. Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as well as very good communication skills in English.
- You are willing to travel occasionally.
