• Customer Support: You provide technical support across all aspects of flexible packaging technology.
• Print & Technical Operations: You prepare and conduct print trials, lead technical customer meetings, and manage claims efficiently.
• Sales & Business Development: You support sales teams with your technical expertise and identify new business opportunities through customer interactions.
• Market & Lab Coordination: You monitor market trends and competitor activities, manage lab technician assignments, interpret results, and resolve customer issues.
• Documentation & Safety: You ensure accurate documentation and reporting aligned with standards, and follow all safety rules to maintain a secure environment.

Your Profile: What do you bring as Application Technology Manager Flexible Packaging?

• Educational Background: You hold a technical degree in printing or are a trained flexo / gravure printer or lab technician or flexo / gravure process engineer / technologist.
• Technical Expertise: You have a proven ability to solve technical issues related to ink, printing, packaging, chemicals, coatings, additives, and more.
• Packaging Knowledge: You bring deep expertise in flexible packaging technologies including print, converting, ink formulation, structures, and applications.
• Project & Communication Skills: You have project management experience and can clearly communicate technical topics to various stakeholders.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in Polish and speak good English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team & Mobility: You are a well-organized team player who enjoys customer interaction and is willing to travel regularly as part of the role within Poland and Eastern Europe.
