You execute the sales strategy and target, as well as plan and carry out the sales forecast and the business plan within your area of responsibility.

You realize new business in the strategic products and segments.

You achieve regional sales, gross margins and profit targets and maximize sales as well as market share.

You build and maintain trustful relations to key decision takers and influencers on all levels at customers and prospects.

You work together with your colleagues from the technology teams in terms of products and services with the goal of best class customer solutions.

You take over commercial negotiations with customers, as well as pricing and preparation of commercial offers.
Your Profile - What do You bring as Sales Manager (f/m/d) - Flexible Packaging Eastern Europe?

Based on your university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar area you have several years of experience in sales within the printing and/or packaging industry or adherent industries.

You are a strong sales person with technical understanding or a technical person with strong sales skills.
-
You are a team player, dynamic, goal oriented and highly flexible.
-
You are open to travel min. 50% within Eastern Europe.
-
You have excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
