The Business Development Specialist supports entity or BU business strategy. This role is to support growing business via Business Development initiatives. This role will support CRM, new accounts/target markets. In addition, this role is will manage or lead co-supplier programs, trade shows, and industry associations and approved events.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams on creation of digital and physical sales collateral for new and existing products.
- Liaise with regional / global marketing and business clusters to execute strategic marketing and business initiatives. Define, track and report on KPI’s for these initiatives including OEM projects.
- Generate ideas and initiatives to support business development, including lead list generation and market intelligence.
- Monitor market trends, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
- Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows and conferences; working with Siegwerk stakeholders to drive products and services. Act as a brand ambassador for Siegwerk products
- Prepare plans supporting various business development programs. Utilization of CRM software for developing business growth and strategies.
- Drive digitalization in marketing processes and oversee digital marketing in area of responsibility, including social media and digital presence
- Define, track and report on KPI’s for strategic initiatives and campaigns including OEM projects.
- Related university degree (e.g. Business or Business Analytics)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative software applications
- CRM familiarity
- Ability to travel and have a Passport
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
