Your Profile -  What do you bring as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed Italy:

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development,with a strong focus on Sheetfed printing applications - gained through more than 5 years in senior roles within the printing industry. 
  • Pragmatic problem-solving, Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, paired with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset and solid financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in an international environment with a direct and transparent communication style across all business levels.
  • A proactive 'hunter' mentality with a strong focus on implementation and performance delivery is a must. 
  • Independent and structured way of working, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset to blend in a dynamic italian team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with common CRM/Sales-Tools as well as SAP
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills is mandatory.

 

Your Tasks – What you can expect as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed Italy:

  • Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth in Italy, with a clear focus on expanding our market position in Sheetfed applications.
  • Support, and develop beside a team of sales and technical experts across multiple locations.
  • Manage key customer accounts, including contract negotiations, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency.
  • Define, implement, and monitor the annual sales budget in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends in the UV and conventional Sheetfed Offset packaging market to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and collaborate across our European network to align local activities with global sales strategies.
