Your Tasks - What You can expect as Application Technician?

• You are an important technical partner for our customers in the Italian Flexible Packaging market and ensure great customer technical support in regard to applications, solutions and services.
• You regularly visit our customers and resolve ink technology related claims at site to provide optimized solutions and to maximize customer satisfaction.
• You cooperate with our technology and analytical laboratory in the development of identified ink technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs.
• You ensure compliance with PSR rules and quality standards as well as chemical industry standards.
• You document and report on technology portfolio developments and progress in line with defined standards.

 
Your Profile - What do You bring as Application Technician?
 

• You have an university degree, e.g.  in chemistry or another science degree.
• You have first years of work experience in defined ink technology environment like R&D or application service.
• You know printing technologies and printing environments.
• You see yourself as team player and you are able to build up a trustful relationship with our customers.
• You are open to travel at least 50% within Italy.
• You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
