Your tasks - What You can expect as HR Assistant & Assistant to Managing Director?

 

  • You support and assist with various HR topics with focus on labor law issues and recruitment for our two Italian locations.
  • You manage the time recording and payroll systems, including processing and maintenance of data.
  • You manage stakeholder and customer relationships, take care for the calendar of our Managing Director and prepare reports, presentations and events.
  • You handle confidential information, efficient communication and administrative support for our Italian sites.

 

Your profile – What do You bring as HR Assistant & Assistant to Managing Director?

 

  • You have an university degree or equivalent training and have first years of professional experience in human resources, as well as in-depth knowledge of Italian labor law.
  • You know Italian labour law very well and know how to apply it on a daily basis.
  • You enjoy working in an international environment and with colleagues at other Siegwerk sites.
  • You communicate effectively at different levels, fluent in both Italian and English, and are able to build a trusting relationship with our employees and managers.
  • You are self-organized and enjoy working independently, but also as part of a team.
