Your Profile – What do You bring as Productıon & Maintenance Executive?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM) and continuous improvement tools
- Strong analytical skills with a willingness to work with data, KPIs, and digital tools
- Hands-on mindset with motivation to learn production and maintenance operations
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with technicians and engineers
- Ability to design all production process procedures and documentation
- Ability to track Monthly Stock.
- Strong Coordination with lab and dispatch team to reprocess dead Stock inventory.
- Problem‑solving attitude with a proactive and improvement‑oriented approach
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- English proficiency and MS Office (Excel) knowledge are considered an advantage
