- Establish and maintain reliable contacts with major partners and key stakeholders in the Printing- and Packaging industry across Turkey and Middle East
- Manage a team of 3 sales and 1 technology colleagues based in Turkey and Dubai
- Plan, agree and realize the sales strategy to expand the market share within the area of responsibility
- Achieve regional sales-, gross margin- and profit-targets
- Manage accounts and negotiate contracts and prices
- Monitor and analyze the UV/ LED Packaging market to develop and implement profitable and sustainable sales
- Cooperate closely with an international network of highly skilled colleagues across Europe
- You act as key contact for our production facility in Turkey
- You are member of the local site management team.
Your Tasks – What You can expect as Regional Sales Manager BU NW?
- You bring several years of sales experience for Narrow Web applications within Turkish and Middle East market.
- You have strong B2B negotiation and strategic selling skills.
- You are able to operate in an international matrix structure and have a direct and open communication style on all business levels.
- You are comfortable to communicate fluently in English.
- You define yourself as a “hunter” with strong action-, and implementation skills.
- You are able to work independently, managing internal resources to ensure optimal customer service.
