What You can expect as Assistant HR & Administrative Executive.

 HR Operations

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation follow-up, and exit process
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, and leave administration
  • Support recruitment activities: interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and
  • documentation
  • Assist with HR policies, employee communication, and engagement
  • Support training coordination and HR initiatives as assigned Administration
  • Handle office administration, facilities coordination, and vendor management
  • Manage office supplies, contracts, and general administrative documentation
  • Coordinate company activities, meetings, and internal events
  • Support compliance with company policies and local labor regulations

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (manufacturing environment is a plus)
  • Good understanding of basic labor law and HR processes
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Well-organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
