What You can expect as “Assistant Procurement and Export Manager”

 

  • Lead the process for identifying, developing, and implementing advanced planning methods, systems, and tools, in order to improve forecast accuracy and inventory management.
  • Manage inventory targets (including SS levels) and scrutinize current and future forecasting analysis.
  • Ensure continued supply availability of raw materials and intermediates as well as minimize shortage or excessive and verify MRP data in SAP.
  • Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
  • Establish and execute production plans that minimize inventory write-offs and SLOB management.
  • Lead S&OP meetings and coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate planning forecasts for current and new-item production including PIPO.
  • Lead IFOT/SL review and capacity analysis.
  • Coordinate with production and QC to ensure customer's requirement is delivered.
  • Project management to support growth and the company's strategy.
  • Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Ensure processes to maintain high stock accuracy in the warehouse are always followed.
  • Ensure highly accurate master data is maintained in SAP/OMP with regular cleaning activities.
  • Be the center of customs compliance topics related to tariff code, incoterm, import and export regulations.

 

What do You bring as “Assistant Procurement and Export Manager”

 

  • At least 5 years of prior experience working in procurement / purchasing / planning function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
