What You can expect as “Engineer & CIP”

• Ensure plant & facilities is in well maintain.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping of Engineering & Maintenance data (KPI).
• Ensure CIP (Continuous improvement program) KPI is achieve target.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure assigned HSE related tasks been carried and closed in timely manner.
•  Train & supervise maintenance technicians.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Manage maintenance schedule using CMMS
• Lead root cause analysis for machine breakdown
• Monitor and manage HSE actions relate to audit / near-miss report
• Alignment process defined by Technology and realization and implementation of Operation.
• Efficiency Continuous Improvement projects at the sites.

What do You bring as  “Engineer & CIP”

• University degree (Engineering, Technology or other related)
• 5 -8 Years comprehensive exp. In engineering/maintenance/ Continuous improvement in chemical manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge LEAN Manufacturing, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and GMP.
