Maintenance

• Ensure machines, utility and facilities are well maintained.
• Ensure work orders (PM and CM) are scheduled and executed in time of high quality.
• Manage maintenance schedule using CMMS to close the work orders on time.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions or breakdowns for machines, utility and facility.
• Record machine downtime, repair cost, MTTR, MTBF, machine availability.
• Monitoring spare parts that are in stock properly.
• Lead root cause analysis for machine breakdown and do preventive action plan.
• Train & supervise maintenance technicians.

Engineering/ Project

• Set project timeline and create project proposals to request the budget (CAPEX).
• Manage and control contractors for working safely
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machines and equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers to follow up the project timeline.

Safety

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to environmental protection, energy conservation, and workplace safety.
• Ensure assigned HSE related tasks been carried and closed in timely manner.
• Monitor and manage HSE actions relating to audit / near-miss report

Support

• Involve MOC&PSSR process for PSM compliance.
• Support production department to improve production process for safety, quality and productivity.
• Support CIP (Continuous improvement program) KPI to achieve target.
• Support external and internal audit for ISO, PSM, GMP.
• Implement 5S score for maintenance area.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical.
• 5-8 years Comprehensive experiences in factory.
• Have basic knowledge about CMMS, TPM, MTTR, MTBF, OEE.
• Have good technical skills, communication skills, project management.
• Good attitude, Proactive, Service mind, Problem solving, Flexible, teamwork.
