Context & Core Responsibilities

• Purchasing policy, procedure and category management practice is well implemented
• Supplier relationship is maintained strategically
• ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) as well as other standards are well implemented
• 5S Policy is well implemented
• The confidentiality of all internal communication, including and not limited to commercial issue and company strategy to another parties.
• To ensure about the accountabilities of HSE function are implemented in role, refer from QM-001 Purchasing
• Negotiating commercial agreements for delegated Indirect material and packaging
• Handle new packaging introduction, get VPS and SAP code from packaging lead buyer
• Manage vendor selection, and advance payment approval for indirect projects follow LOA
• Coordinate with all users to ensure the most competitive price and on time delivery
• Manage requisition of indirect purchasing in COUPA system follow LOA
• Update progress of indirect projects to users to avoid any delay
• Monitor high spending and manage offline/online bidding
• Establish and build relationships with potential key suppliers with the view to secure long term supply of key materials, validation of their financial sustainability in conjunction with Finance and ensuring the integrity of corporate personnel
• Maintain and update full suppliers detail, terms & conditions and relevant data in SAP system in such a manner that procurement tasks are not hindered.
• Manage supplier structural non-conformance and claims. Guide local procurement team for incidental events when needed
• Understand key economic cost drivers and government policy in relation to indirect material & packaging.
• Build up and maintain reliable sources of information of packaging and each main indirect items.
• Prepare monthly saving report Sourcing
• Source suppliers in the market , verify company profile and make supplier list for each products. 

Qualifications/Competences

•Bachelors or Master degree in job related field
•3-5 years Purchasing Experience with category management knowledge
•Strong negotiation skills
•Good communication and writing skills
•Excellence in English communication
•Experience with SAP is an advantage
