Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities: 

• Color matching, and spot color formula create. Good at operate Ink formulation software.
• Product formula minor modification to cater to customer application requirement.
• Customer site trial / test run support for Siegwerk products, teamed with sales people.
• Technical solutions for customer application.
• Serve customers through phone calls, e-mails and other means of communications.
• Assist production workshop / Siegwerk blending center to produce and quality control for new spot colour production.
• Support to internal and external technical seminars, product trainings and/or promotions.
• Internal test or trial from customer or business development and complete corresponding report.
• Ink samples preparation inside for sales colleagues requirement.
• Combined with products application and TD colleagues to improve products issues.
• Initiative work innovation, assist to improve product sales volume and sales colleagues.
• Other assignments from time to time per biz development needs.

Requirements:

• College degree or above with major in printing or related.
• Good at Flexography, and familiar with lithography / letterpress printing / Gravure 
• Can solve the ink problem independently.
• Good communication & problem solving ability and team spirit.
• Willing to travel frequently and support inhouse.
• Active in work.
• Good computer office skills (word/excel/ppt).
