Your Tasks- What You can expect as AMS?

• Coordinate and order execution, including:

             - Order taking/entry, acknowledgment and confirmation to customer and internal processing until delivery.

             - Handling customer enquiries - on standard product selection /recommendation, diverting to sales rep. / tech. support.

             - Handling complaints or claims – taking, follow-up / chasing until closure.

             - Documentation and filing for all the above activities.

• Customer profile entry and database maintenance for and with sales reps, including but not limited to organization structure, contact details of key persons, customer press and print job details.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and other sales and marketing related documents.
• Sales analysis reports (weekly and monthly), to the individual sales reps on sales number, customer enquiries, samples and customer complaints etc.
• Monthly update forecasts with/for sales reps, and upload to SCM and system.
• Other assignments from time to time as needed by sales or marketing – product document prints, materials for marketing events such as trade shows, customer meetings, technical seminars, etc.

Your Profile- What do You bring as AMS?

• Minimum 3 years of customer service /sales assistance work experiences.
• Good at communication.
• Proficient in typing.
• Good English Skill– level band 4 or +.
• SAP experience is a PLUS.
• Good sense of responsibility.
