Your Tasks - What You can expect as (Junior) Learning & Development Specialist (f/m/d)? 

 

  • You are responsible for our processes in Talent and Performance Management and assess organization needs.
  • You support People KPI reporting with accurate data through process compliance and improvements as HR system administrator for SAP SuccessFactors, delivering and  talent and performance data.
  • You manage the annual Talent Review process - including communication, HR enablement, talent assessment, succession and development planning.
  • You manage the annual Performance Management process – including data management, reporting and close stakeholder management.
  • You review and manage diagnostic processes and are responsible for continuous improvement.
  • You support in the development of Talent Development strategies and implement related projects and processes.

 

Your Profile - What do You bring as (Junior) Learning & Development Specialist (f/m/d)?

 

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree with a focus on HR, business, psychology, education or a comparable qualification.
  • You have already gained first years of professional experience in HR or Consulting - ideally with initial insights into talent and performance management.
  • You have very good analytical skills, ability to work self-paced and in a structured manner and a technical affinity.
  • You are fluent in English and can communicate information in a targeted and structured manner, as well as coordinate and interact at different levels within the organization.
