Your Tasks - What You can expect as Trainee Innovation Circular Economy Coatings (f/m/d)?

 

  • You analyze technology trends, patents and scientific publications to develop innovative, state-of-the-art solutions.

  • You evaluate new raw materials and work on projects.

  • You carry out feasibility studies and economic feasibility studies for various products and technology scenarios.

  • You are jointly responsible for the development of new technologies that will form the basis of next-gen products.

  • You evaluate product characteristics and interpret test results to improve them. You report and discuss the results and proposals to achieve goals within the given time frame.

 

Your Profile - What do You bring as Trainee Innovation Circular Economy Coatings (f/m/d)?

 

  • You have a university degree in a relevant field with in-depth knowledge of polymer or physical chemistry, plastics technology or coating technology.

  • You have a deep understanding of processes and technologies and are curious about practical, technical and manual activities.

  • Knowledge in the field of water- or solvent-based coatings and their processing is an advantage.

  • You are a team player and innovative, with a strong interest and willingness to learn new things.

  • You are creative and problem-solving oriented.

  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
