What You can expect as Junior Technical Sales Manager
Role Purpose The Sales Representative I provides sales field support to defined territories and is establishing trusting bonds with clients by making sure their demands are met and exceeded. The role is supporting existing clients and the sales team with information and assistance related to products and services.
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, account statuses, and relevant issues
- Keep cooperation and agreement with marketing and SCM within the yearly planning process for products, volumes and prices in agreement with superior, sales team and BU technology
- Ensure observation and analysis of markets, competitors and customers to develop and implement in agreement with marketing measures to improve sales performance
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients’ experiences through additional products or services
- Evaluate existing and potential customers to determine the benefits of the company’s offerings
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to enhance decision-making
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize sales processes
