Role       Main Accountabilities   

  • All ledgers, accounts, and statements are accurately maintained.
  • Financial Information is presented in a timely and precise manner.
  • Routine and non-routine technical issues and variances are analyzed promptly and resolved in due time
  • Records transactions into ledgers and accounts within established procedures taking appropriate action to secure or make payments, resolve discrepancies, etc.
  • Prepares customized reports from statistical and financial information to ensure management receives appropriate information in an accurate and timely manner
  • Deals with the more technical aspects of/ troubleshoots on work handled by less senior clerks.
  • Making financial reports
  • Making AP & Fixed Asset Report
  • Deals with external customers/suppliers in order to resolve routine and non-routine queries and problems.
  • Provide technical guidance to and train less experienced accounts clerk
  • Management reporting
  • Preparation of (year-end) financial statements
  • Accountants
  • Budget Process 

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree of Accounting
  • Familiar with AP and Fixed Asset Report
  • Have 3+ years of experience an Accounting in Manufacturing company
  • Familiar and able to use SAP/Accounting support software
  • Able to make financial reports
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang
  • Able to join immediately
  • Able to communicate in English
